Our services include a 24-hour front desk, private check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping, luggage storage, a suit press, a tour desk for planning day trips around Guanajuato, a shuttle service for an additional charge and invoices on request.
Every room has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and toilet paper, with extra towels and sheets available for a fee. Bedrooms are furnished with linens, tile or marble floors, a private entrance, a fan and a TV with cable and pay-per-view channels.
For your peace of mind the property has 24-hour security, a security alarm, fire extinguishers and CCTV outside the building and in common areas. Our team speaks Spanish.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type, so please check the conditions of your selected option when you book.
Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 7 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available, there is no minimum age for check-in, pets are not allowed and the property accepts cash payments only.
